Okay so um... I kind of want to get this out there. Cause it's been bugging me for quite some time. :'D

Back in me ol' budding days when I wasn't aiming to be an artist at the time. (like 5th Grade?) When I was drawing as a hobby. I had this race inspired from gemstones. Didn't have a name for the race and still don't. Despite them being old, old OCs I wanted to remake them. I've been remaking them secretly the past several years, and working on a backstory for them.

... then Steven Universe happened and I sit in the corner like...  OKAY BEFORE YOU EAT ME OUT, I SHOULD TELL YOU I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST THE SERIES D8 I mean, I don't really watch it. But if you enjoy it, then good for you! You're welcome to enjoy it~

As for me, it's a bit of a letdown, but it doesn't stop me from remaking it on my own. But it does make me feel nervous putting it out in the world. :'D

Only difference is the OCs are not named after gemstones but their gems represent their soul, heart (like, literally their heart), and status.
